Subject: East Davis Oil & Gas Well (Weld County 01-09H5) Plug & Abandon
Attached is a notice of intent to plug and abandon the oil & gas well at Public Work East Davis storage
yard. The well is registered as Weld County 01-09H5. Since the location is an active storage yard for
materials and equipment for Public Works, the notice includes acknowledgement by the surface owner
of the intent to waive the reclamation requirements. Facilities is recommending signing and
acknowledging the waiver of the reclamation due to the properties current use.

Pursuant to Rule 412.a.(4) of the Rules and Regulations of the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of
the State of Colorado and Sec. 21-5-355.6.2.0f the Weld County Oil & Gas Location Assessment (1041
WOGLA) Code of the Weld County Oil and Gas Energy Department, Noble Energy, Inc. ("Noble") hereby
gives notice that it intends to commence subsequent operations on the referenced well(s) on or after July 7,
2023. Please notify any tenant farmer, lessee or other party that may own or have an interest in any crops
or surface improvements that could be affected by these proposed operations.
Noble is the operator for the operation. I will be available to answer any questions you might have
concerning the actual operations. I can be contacted at our Greeley Office at (970) 373-7942.
Enclosed please find a copy of the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission's brochure describing
surface owner rights and responsibilities.

the State of Colorado and Sec. 21-5-355.6.3. of the Weld County Oil & Gas Location Assessment (1041
WOGLA) Code of the Weld County Oil and Gas Energy Department, Noble Energy, Inc. ("Noble") hereby
gives notice that it intends to commence final reclamation operations on the above referenced well(s) on or
after July 27, 2023. Please notify any tenant farmer, lessee or other party that may own or have an interest
in any crops or surface improvements that could be affected by these proposed operations.
Rule 309.b. and Sec. 21-5-355.6.3. provides for a good faith consultation with the surface owner regarding
the proposed final reclamation operation. In the event that you desire a consultation regarding this
operation, please complete the attached "Owner Response Letter" and return same in the enclosed
stamped and addressed envelope.
Rule 412.a and Sec. 21-5-355.6 allow the surface owner the right to waive the notice requirements
discussed herein. Please indicate on the Owner Response Letter if you agree to waive the minimum 30
day notice requirement.
Noble is the operator for the final reclamation operation. I will be the Noble representative who will be
available to answer any questions you might have concerning the actual final reclamation. Please contact
me at your earliest convenience at (970) 373-7942, to discuss or schedule a meeting regarding the
proposed oil and gas operations described herein.
