HomeMy WebLinkAbout740543.tiff RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1467-18-2-RE128 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE 68 WEST, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, SECTION 18 PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW4) : WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and WHEREAS, on August 30 , 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County , Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1467-18-2-RE128 as provided in Section i9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
