DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1467-18-2-RE128
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 68 WEST, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, SECTION 18
PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW4) :
WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972, the General Assembly of the
State of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter
106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS, on August 30 , 1972, the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County , Colorado to comply with the prescribed
Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number
1467-18-2-RE128 as provided in Section i9 of the Subdivision Regulations
(exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the
definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows :
A parcel of land in the NWa of Section 18, TIN, R68W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, described as
follows : Commencing at the Wa Corner of Section 18 ,
T1N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , thence NO°10 ' E, 1977. 01 feet
along the West line of said Section 18 to the True Point
of Beginning;
Thence 589°42 ' E, 653. 87 feet;
Thence SO° 30 ' W, 343. 90 feet;
Thence N89°20 ' E, 561. 00 feet to the approximate centerline
of the Lower Boulder Ditch;
Thence N33°30 ' W, 23. 00 feet along the approximate centerline
of said Lower Boulder Ditch;
Thence N 46 °50 'W, 84 . 00 feet along the approximate centerline
of said Lower Boulder Ditch;
Thence N57°50 ' W, 99 . 00 feet along the approximate centerline
of said Lower Boulder Ditch;
Thence N33°40 'W, 247. 89 feet along the approximate centerline
of said Lower Boulder Ditch to a point hereinafter referred

Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and
he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a division of land
determined to be exempt from the definition of Subdivision No.
1467-18-2-RE128, for recording.
