SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS CHAPTER 8-15 (A) ( B )
SANDY KNOLLS SUBDIVISION SECOND FILING
( 64-5-20 : SEa) :
WHEREAS , pursuant to present Weld County
Subdivision Regulations , Chapter 8- 15 (A) ( B ) , before
a final plat is approved , subdividers may be required
to dedicate , develop , and/or reserve land for parks
and/or other necessary public purposes , other than
streets and utility easements , and
WHEREAS , in lieu of land , subdividers may
be required to make payment to the County an amount equal
to the market value of such land as may be designated
to be dedicated or reserved in accordance with the formula
contained in Chapter 8- 15 (A) ( B ) of the Subdivision
Regulations ,and
WHEREAS , Robert L . Hoff , developer of Sandy
Knolls , Second Filing , Weld County , Colorado is desirous
of having the final plat of said subdivision approved
subject to application of Chapter 8- 15 (A) ( B) , and the
dedication of certain acreage for public use or to make
payment of an amount equal to the market value of such
acreage .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board
of County Commissioners , Weld County , Colorado , that the
final plat of Sandy Knolls , Second Filing , Weld County ,
Colorado , be and it hereby is approved for filing under
the usual conditions , however , expressly contingent upon
Robert L . Hoff paying to the County the sum of $1 ,000 . 00
being the mutually established market value of the land
considered necessary and essential for public purposes .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that such money
received shall be deposited with the Weld County Treasurer
in an account specifically designated to be used for
necessary public parks and/or recreational purposes .
The above and foregoing resolution was , on
motion duly made and seconded , adopted by the following
vote on the 25th day of April , A. D . , 1973

Subject: Park Requirements - Sandy Knoll Estates, Second Filing
Gentlemen:
In order to fufill the park requirements o£ the new Weld County
Subdivision Regulations for the Sandy Knoll Estates, Second Filing subdivision,
I propose to deed to the county Lot 10, Block 1 of the subdivision.
The calculated requirement for the subdivision is about 0.; acres
and the area of Lot 10 is about 1.1 acres. I would propose that the excess
(0.6 acres) be credited against my future filings.
Your consideration of this proposal would be most appreciated.
