Hey Jess, That is correct, all three leases are applicable to the two wells ( both have same spacing ) . In the first snip of the DOI , at the time the title opinion was certified to , OGL #4096713 was the only lease , and then Weld County had two additional tracts that were unleased . Weld has executed OGL 4840061 & 4840060 in favor of PDC and I manually updated the DOI to accommodate the new leases — this can ben seen in the second snip .
