A public hearing was conducted on January 23, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
IR I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 9, 2023, and duly published
January 11, 2023, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to obtain public input
regarding changing the boundary lines of Commissioner Districts in Weld County, Colorado.
Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record, and explained an approval
Resolution will be presented for consideration after an additional notice is published for a
subsequent meeting that must be held at least 30 days after this public input hearing.
Mr. Barker further mentioned the passage of House Bill 21-1047, which created the structure
for redistricting, and the Home Rule Charter of Weld County provides a process and procedure
that has been followed by Carly Koppes, Clerk and Recorder, for adjusting district boundary lines.
No public input was offered concerning this matter. There being no further discussion,
Chair Freeman adjourned the hearing at 9:25 a.m.

The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, will consider
a plan to modify the boundary lines of Commissioner Districts in Weld County Colorado,
and will hold a public hearing to receive input from the public regarding the plan. The
hearing will be held on January 23, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in the Centennial Hearing Room
at the Weld County Administration Office, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631,
at the time specified. A copy of the map showing the proposed Commissioner Districts
Weld may be examined in the office of the Clerk to the Board, 1150 O Street, Greeley,
Colorado 80631. Written comments are also welcome and must be received prior to
January 23, 2023, in the office of the Clerk to the Board, P.O. Box 758, Greeley,
Colorado 80631. To ensure inclusion of your E -Mail correspondence into the case file,
