The Fleet Services Department has reviewed all bids that were received and recommend
awarding the bid to Ken Garff Ford Greeley. Ken Garff Ford is the lowest bidder that comes
closest to meeting (see attached letter with fog light addition) all specifications. Fleet services
will install lighting features not available during upfit process. The bid is for four 2024 pursuit
rated 4x4 crew cab pickups for a total cost of $180,056.00.
