To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colopdrn GENTLEMEN: We,the undersigned, Citizens of your County,respectfully represent that the necessities of the public rcqutre a county Wagon road to be laid out as follows,to-wit: Commencing at -------- - _____ p point where the prey-eat County Road intersects the South Bound ry of the Union Pacific "� ilroed right of way on the quarter section line running North and South through secti,-ns (23) Twenty three and fourteen (14) Townshi) (4) Four N fringe (61) Sixty one West 6 P.M. a)) G hence due north on said quarter Sec line to the North line of said Sec. 14 thence east on said i' orth line east one and one half (lam) miles to the NECorner of Section 13-4-61 Thence North ne mile to the N.E. Corner of Section twelve 4-61- And further to abandon all roads riming rallel and near to the North bound ry of the Union Pacific railroad right of way through action 13 & 14 - T. 4 R. 61 w. 6 P. M. Said road to be not less than sixty(00)feet in width.
