DOROTHY STRUBEL
WELD COUNTY LIBRARY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
Commissioner Anderson offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, Mrs. Dorothy Strubel was appointed to serve on the Board of
Trustees, Weld County Library on April 14, 1954, and has served with distinction
continously on said Board since here first appointment; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Strubel has requested that she not be appointed for
another term because of her many years on the Board; and
WHEREAS, it is with regret that the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, does hereby accept her resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that it does hereby express its appreciation and gratitude
to Mrs. Strubel for the faithful services rendered in the interest of the public,
to the Board of Trustees, to the taxpayers of Weld County, Colorado and to the
patrons of the Weld County Library.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion made and duly seconded,
and adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
Mrs. Dorothy Strubel, whose term on the Board of Trustees expires
this month, does not wish to be considered for reappointment because of
her many years on the Board.
In our meeting today, we discussed possible replacements and should
like to recommend the following people for your consideration:
Mrs. Joseph Ruibal
Mr. Arthur Terrazas, Jr.
Mrs. Joe Andrade
We believe that any one of these would be a real asset for our
Board of Trustees.
