I am writing to you about Case #USR23-0031 About a proposed 5MW Solar Energy Facility pro to
be built North of State Highway 392 .
I have farmed the farm across the highway from the proposed site for 35+ years and am concerned what
is happening in this area . This is some of the most productive farming area in Weld is It.Count being
being
downsized every year by people selling their farms, then the water leaves these farms and now a
proposed Solar Cite . There must be other non - productive farm land that would be better suited to
Solar Farms. I would like to know if this proposed site is the entire farm or what is the
legal location of
the site.
