KENNEDY RANGE 68, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, SECTION 21 NEB NW4 PORTIONS : WHEREAS, in a letter dated March 22, 1974, Mr. Carl Kennedy requested a further extension of their Land Use Permit, and WHEREAS, on motion the Board granted an extension for the Land Use Permit as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Land Use Permit as granted to H. C. & C. E. Kennedy on June 2, 1971, and the extensions granted May 17 , 1972, December 27 , 1972, June 6, 1973 , and November 7 , 1973 , are extended to July 1, 1974.
