To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld .....__....._County Colo. v GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at Commencing at Si! Corner Section 13, Township 10, range GO, thence east one mile , thence south one-half mile, thence east one mile on half section line . v Commencing at the NE Corner of Section 19 , Township 10,Range 59 , thence easterly around a certain hill returning westward to section line about 40 rods north of the half ;;action line extending east and west through said Section 19 , thence south ono-half mile. v. Commencing at the SW Corner of the NW Section 29 , Township 10, Range 59 , thence east on half section line, varying therefrom northward in the Southeast Corner of the N . of said Section 29 , around a certain hill returning to Section line again at the Southeast Corner of the said N i of said Section 29 , thence eastward on half section line to the Southeast Corner of the NS,- of Section 26, said township €.nd range, thence north on section line one mile to the Northeast Corner of the SEY, Section 23, said township and range. v Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Section 29 , Township 10 , Range 59 , thence South one-half mile. In case the line of road herein described as commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Northwest quarter (N/-=) of Section 29-10-59 , thence east on half section to the Southeast Corner of the Northeast _n€arter (NT% ) of Section 26-10-59 , can not be granted, in lieu thereof we would respectfully pray that a line of road. be establishedicommenc- ing at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast : carter (SEC) of Section 26-10-59 , thence South one-half mile , thence west on section line to the Southwest Corner of Section 29 , said township and range, also in connection therewith the half mile commencing at the Southeast corner QS Section 29-10-59, thence North to the Northeast Corner of the Southeast ),uarter (Sr-.', ) of said Section 29 . • Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
