A public hearing was conducted on April 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Lori Saine
Also present:

Department of Planning Services representative, Kim Ogle
The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 15, 2023, and duly published
February 17, 2023, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Shannon Kemp, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit, USR23-0004, for a Doggie Daycare and Boarding Kennel limited to 45 dogs over the age
of six (6) months in a subdivision in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Karin McDougal, Assistant
County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
IR Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, stated the Planning Commission hearing for this
case was continued to May 2, 2023, therefore, staff is requesting a continuance of the Board of
County Commissioners hearing until June 7, 2023.
No public testimony was offered concerning the continuance.
Commissioner Ross moved to continue the matter to June 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to allow
the case to be heard by the Planning Commission on May 2, 2023. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Buck, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing
was completed at 10:01 a.m.
