SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING, TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby accept certain
portions of streets lying within the Seeley Lake Subdivision,
First Filing, (Part of the W1 NW4, Section 25, Township 6 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado) said
streets being:
Ogilvy Court . 05 mile m/1 60 ' width
Seeley Court . 07 mile m/1 60' width
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

After making inspection of streets in Seeley Lake Subdivision,
First Filing, and reviewing file on same, I recommend to add
streets, as stated in resolution dated May 1 , 1974, to the
County Road System under the circumstances at hand.

' To facilitate the ease of problems created by the Cul-de-sac in Seeley
Lake Subdivision, Second Filing, not being named on the recorded plot,
would you please take- the necessary steps to have_it properly named and
on record as such.
We also request that the Weld County Engineer's Office, telephone number
353-2212 Ext. 216, be notified 48 hours in advance of the date asphalt
paving is to be started on the Cul-de-sac in said Subdivision.
