Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the West Quarter Corner (Wq Cor) of said Section 13 , and considering the West line of said Section 13 , as bearing North 00°00 ' 00" East , with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto ; Thence North 00°00 ' 00" East , along the West line of said Section 13 , 1319 . 69 feet ; Thence South 88°52 ' 48" East , 1323 . 99 feet ; Thence South 00°00 ' 00" West , 1319 . 69 feet to a point on the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NWa) of said Section 13 ; Thence North 88°52 ' 48" West , along the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NWa) of said Section 13 , 1323 . 99 feet to the Point of Beginning .
