received and recommends awarding the bid to Ken Garff Ford of Greeley, as they are the lowest
bidder that meets all specifications. The bid is for one 2023 Ford F550 4X4 Crew Cab truck with
dual wheels and 11 -foot utility box. The cost is $77,474.00 each for a total of $77,474.00.
