NOTICE OF THE
OPENING of PUBLIC ROAD
Notice Is-Hereby Given that the County Commissioners Of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from dray lath 1918 direct the proper
officer to open and work, as a public highway, the road prayed for in a petition
filed at the office of said Commissioners on the 29th day of April
A. D., 19 18 , said road being described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Section 13, Township 1 North,
Range '66 West, thnnoo oast on Section vino to the Southeast Corner of
Section 16. Township 1 forth, Range 64 West,
And the said, Commissioners do hereby declare the said line to be a public
highway from and after said sixty days.
