DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1311-28-3-RE111
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 67WEST, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, SECTION 28
South one-half of the Southwest Quarter (S'SWa)
WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS, on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 1311-28-3-RE111 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County, Colorado .
Said division of land determined to be exempt
from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
A tract of land located in the South one-half (S1) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW/) of Section 28 , T2N, R67W of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 28, thence
"East" along the South line of said Section 28, 1954. 64 feet,
thence N 00°17' E, 1314 . 73 feet to the North line of the
aforementioned South one-half, Southwest Quarter, Section 28 ,
thence S89°55' 58"W, 1959 . 24 feet along said North line of
said South one-half to the Northwest corner of said South
one-half , thence S00°05 'W, 1312. 44 feet along the West line
of said Section 28 to the point of beginning, thus described
tract containing 59 . 012 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a
division of land determined to be exempt from the definition
of Subdivision No. 1311-28-3-RE111 , for recording.
The above and foregoing resolution was , on

Additional comments: If contracts have not been consumated with
