Bids were received and opened on March 28, 2023, for B2300096 - VMware
maintenance and support. Seven (7) bids were received ranging from $62,995.00 to
$176,679.48. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Saitech Inc., out of
Fremont, CA proposed the lowest cost solution of $62,995.00 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2300096 - VMware
maintenance and support to Saitech Inc., for a total amount of $62,995.00.
