Door Sir:- Replyinj to your recent letter relative to the county allowing for the construction of a fence along tho county road on the section line between the north half of sections 4 and 5, T. 1 R. , R. 63 U. Weld County, Colorado. adjoining your -plroe, I rish to advise that the county will le willing _ __ to allow a reasonable amount for repairs to the present fence, but do not feel as though we should be called upon to build such a fence as you ask for. The road is urdoubtly of some benefit to you as well as others, ;which 'should be pa1.en into consideration. • As to the maintenance of an irrigation ditch along the point mentionod, I will say that the county has no objection at the present time to such an arrangement provided that the public it full protected from damage or injury.
