RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD FAITH PARTNERSHIP COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld Faith Partnership Council, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Pamela Sommer to said board, with a term to expire November 1, 2025; and appoint
John Rotharmel, with a term to expire November 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Pamela Sommer and John Rotharmel be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Weld Faith Partnership Council, with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of July, A.D., 2023.
