The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections mode thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the rood as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be nod is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the rood,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted of opening of said road,and notify the
Road Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty dope as required by law.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days.from April 8th 19.?Md.irect the proper officer to open
and work, as a public highway,the road prayed for in a petition filed at the office

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out,in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of <1 :.;17
he receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give
he right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
