RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING RESOLUTION OF AN ILLEGAL LAND
DIVISION,ILD23-0001,CREATED IN 2009-WILLIAM AND DEBRA SENSENEY
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County,Colorado,and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 13th day of
December,2023,at the hour of 9:00 a.m.,in the Chambers of the Board,for the purpose of
hearing the application of William and Debra Senseney,46490 U.S. Highway 34, Orchard,
Colorado 80649,for Resolution of an Illegal Land Division,ILD23-0001,created in 2009,on the
following described real estate,being more particularly described as follows:
NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 26, Township 4 North,
Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing,the Board,having been fully informed,continued the matter
to December 18,2023,at 9:00 a.m.,to allow adequate public notice to be published.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to December 18,
2023,at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of December,A.D.,2023.

SUBJECT:ILD23-0001 Continuance Request
There was an oversight by Weld County in getting the notice out for publication in time for the
hearing on the 13th.
Staff advise the Board that the notice deficiency was corrected via an amended Notice,dated 12/6
and published 12/8,for a new hearing date of December 18th.
