DVR is agreeable to this move and has issued Amendment #1 to the original Lease Agreement known to the board as Tyler ID# 2023-0660. No other terms have changed. What options exist for the Board? Approval of the Office Space Lease Amendment #1 with the DVR acting through Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE). Deny approval of the Office Space Lease Amendment #1 with the DVR acting through CDLE. Consequences: Amendment #1 would not be executed. Impacts: DVR employees would not move to the new office space and ESWC program units would not remain together.
