Subject: Western Sugar Reclamation Land Development Project -
Technical Revision (#6) - Updated Extraction Areas for Tract A.
This Technical Revision targets extractable aggregate and adds
approximately 6.12+ /- acres to the NE boundary of Tract A. This
additional area of extraction to a depth of apx. 40 feet, will follow the same
1.25H:1V slope limitations to 30 feet from the surface, and at greater
depths beyond to 40+ /- feet of depth, cut slopes will moderate to 3H:1 V.
Since there is apx. 6.68+ /- acres of Fill in place above groundwater, and
additional fill on -going in Tract D, there is no correlated change in financial
warranty since the existing fill offsets the near complete extraction by half
and acre; and this fill will only increase against the planned cut. Consistent
with the existing operations, extracted areas will be backfilled with
imported inert fill, consistent with existing Colorado Department of Health
designations of the same.

Please note the aerial image, showing Tract D did not cut into the existing
access road, visible in the aerial image. All of Tract D will be backfilled to
the approximate visible surrounding existing ground elevation, as will the
extended areas of Tract A, commencing on completed areas there once
Tract D fill is complete to approximate original ground.
Included with this submittal is the required $216.00 fee and proof of
placement with the Weld County Clerk to the Board. Please contact Garrett
