Nixon, President issued a proclamation designating, Thursday, January 25, 1973, a National Day of Mourning; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that due to the death of the late President Lyndon B. Johnson, it does hereby proclaim, Thursday, January 25, 1973, a day of Mourning; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, thatthe flag shall be lowered to half mast for a period of thirty days, ending, February 21, 1973.
