Re: Consent to Assignment of that certain Oil and Gas Lease dated 10/6/2010, by and between
Weld County Colorado, as lessor, and Bayswater Exploration & Production, LLC, as lessee, which
was filed for record on 8/20/2010 and is recorded as Instrument 3723829 in the Official Public
Records of Weld County, Colorado (the "Lease")
Dear Owner,
Pivotal DJ Basin, LP ("Pivotal"), affiliate of Tailwater E&P, LLC, plans to assign to Granite Ridge
Holdings, LLC ("Granite Ridge") certain non -operated oil and gas assets, which include an interest in the
Lease. According to the terms of the Lease, we are requesting your consent to assign those assets to
Granite Ridge, as to the extent required by the Lease. We respectfully request your consent within
fourteen (14) days of this letter.
Please acknowledge your consent and approval to the foregoing by signing in the space provided

The Oil and Gas Energy department forwarded your request to me as I manage all oil and gas leases and associated actions.
How did Pivotal acquire said lease? The last I show it was assigned to Noble in 2018.

Good Morning,
Pivotal DJ Basin, LP acquired a wellbore limited interest in 2021 which involved the attached Oil and Gas Lease. We are
now looking to assign this wellbore interest to a 3rd party. Could someone please assist me with this request? I have
attached a letter requesting consent from the County Board. Please let me know if anything else is needed.
