RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and :he Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Human Services Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Ernest Cienfuegos -Baca to said board, with a term to expire December 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ernest Cienfuegos -Baca be, and hereby is, appointed to the Human
Services Advisory Commission, with a term to expire December 31, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of August, A.D., 2023.
