HomeMy WebLinkAbout740515.tiff RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO.0709- 32- 3-RE110 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE6S WEST, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, SECTION 32 PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (WiSWa) : WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0709- 32- 3-RE110 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado . Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows : The West Half (Wz) of the Southwest Quarter (SW' ) of Section 32 , Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado , being more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Southwest Corner (SWCor) of said Section 32 , and considering the West line of said Section 32 , as bearing North 00 12 ' 34" East , with all other bearings contained herein relative theretg; Thence North 00 12 ' 34" East, along the West line of said Section 32 , 2631. 58 feet, ; Thence South 88'47 ' 12" East, 1324 . 05 feet ; Thence South 00 08 ' 23" West , 2632 . 98 feet to aopoint on the South line of said Section 32 ; Thence North 88 43' 44" West , along the South line of said Section 32, 1327. 28 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described parcel of land contains 80 . 102 acres , more or less , including a strip of ground 30 feet in width along the West and South lines of said Section 32 , reserved for County Road right-of-way purposes and is subject to any rights-of-way or other easements as recorded by instruments of record or as now existing on a parcel of land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado , that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of Subdivision No. 0709- 32- 3-RE110 , for recording .
