HomeMy WebLinkAbout730741.tiff REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT Resolution No. 7, Series of 1973 Public Hearing on Plan WHEREAS, the Regional Transportation District Act provides that if the Board proposes substantial changes in the comprehensive plan as tentatively adopted by the District, the Board shall schedule a further hearing and shall give notice of such hearing by publication, and WHEREAS, the District has proposed substantial changes in the tentatively adopted plan and desires to schedule a hearing thereon, and to give notice thereof by publication as required by law, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation District that the Public Hearing contained in the "Notice of Public Hearing" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted as the schedule for a public hearing on the proposed changes in the tentatively adopted plan of the District. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board be and he is hereby directed to cause the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached hereto, to be published as required by law. The Board of Directors of the District will hold a public hearing on these proposed changes in the plan on Tuesday, 31 July . 1973, at 3:00 PM, in the National Bureau of Standards Auditorium, 325 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado. Persons desiring to speak to the Board concerning the proposed changes in the Public Transportation Plan may either call Gary Robertson at the Regional Transportation District office, at 399-8140, and have their names listed on the roster of persons to be heard, or may indicate their desire to be heard at the time of the hearing. Copies of the proposed changes in the "Public Transportation Plan" are available for public inspection at the Regional Transportation District office, 56 Steele Street, Denver, Colorado. The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Hearing - Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation District.
