WHEREAS, heretofore and on April 3, 1974, by Resolution, the
Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, did grant the
application of Walter Stonehocker, c/o Ecological Engineering Systems,
3905 West Monmouth, Littleton, Colorado, to locate gas and oil pro-
cessing facilities on premises more particularly described in metes
and bounds and as contained in said Resolution, and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the Board that the
permit should have been granted to Machii-Ross Petroleum Company,
the principle party involved and not its agent, Walter Stonehocker.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that for good cause shown, the
name Machii-Ross Petroleum Company be substituted for Walter Stone-
hocker as the permitee to locate and install gas and oil processing facilities
as heretofore authorized by said Resolution of April 3, 1974, and that all
other conditions contained therein remain in full force and effect.

Gentlemen:
The above- referenced Resolution, copy of which
is attached, was issued to our agents , Ecological Engineering
Services , rather than to ourselves as owners of the subject
property.
Since Ecological Engineering Services will
not be retained to build the gas processing plant permitted
under said Resolution, we respectfully request the Resolution
be transferred to our name as follows : Machii-Ross Petroleum
Co.
