WHEREAS, the Weid County Planning Commission by Resolu-
tion dated April 24, 1970, has recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners that the 1970 edition of the Uniform Building Code be
adopted, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution is attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of
Weld County to adopt the 1970 Uniform Building Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resolution of
the Weld County Planning Commission pertaining to the 1970 Uniform
Building Code be and the same is hereby adopted.
Dated this 13th day of May, 1970.
