The Clerk is directed to record the petition,plat the road as granted,and notify the Road Overseer of the proper District to open said road to travel at once. IN THE MATTER OF PETITION FOR ROAD IN TP.6 N.R.66 W. A petition signed by J.M. Ferguaon,W.R.Kett- ley and 16 others praying for the laying out of a county road aixty feet wide,as follows,vizr Commencing at the section corners common to the Southeast corner of Section 31 and the Southwest corner of Section 32 in Township 6 North of Range 66 West,and running from thence due North on the section line between said sections one mile to crossroads which is the point of intersection with the county road that is laid out and leading to Bracewell. Said crossroads being the terminus for the road asked for herein, was presented to the Board when ,, 1 ; ` ) the following action bras taken and entered of record,to-wit:- a It appearing to the Board that the right of way for said road through patented lands is donated by the owners thereof,and the Board believing that the public good requires the laying out of said road,on motion it was ordered that the prayer of the petitioners be granted,and the line of road prayed for be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record the petition,plat the road as granted,and notify the Road Overseer of the proper District to open said road to travel at once. IN THE MATTER OF P'E'TITION MRS.LOUISE R:VELLE. A petition was presented from Mrs.Louise se Revelle praying that the taxes assessed against her for the years 1895,1896,1897 ,1898,1899 and 1900 upon omitted moneys ,notes and credits may be corrected in accordance with the statements made in her 'said petition. After due consideration it was on motion ordered that her petition be granted and that the County Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to receive from the said Louise Revelle the sum of 19.32 in full settlement of all taxes assessed against ter on moneys ,notes and credits for said years. IN THE MATTER OF POTITION OF L. S. CARPENTER. A petition was presented from L. S. Carpenter praying that Lot 3 of N. E'.4 of N.W.4 Sec. 31 Tp. 6 N.R. 65 W. be redeemed from a certain tax sale of Dec.9th.1899 without expense to him by reason of the same having been erroneously sold. Mr.Milton A.Lyons came before and represented that Lot 15 Block 79 City of Greeley is held by Weld County; that he desires to purchase the interest of the County in said lot and offered to pay the sum of 025.00 therefor. Higley and others praying for the laying out of a County Wagon Road sixty feet wide, as follows, viz:-- . . . Commencing at the terminus of the present County Road at the east- line of the N. W.4 of Sec. 30. , Tp. 5 , N. , R. 63 w. : Thence running North across the track of the U. P. R. R. Co. to the North line of the right of way of s'id Railroad Company; thence in a southeasterly direction along the north line of the right ofway of said Company through Sections 30-29-28-&-33 Tp. 5 , N. , R. 63 W. to Intersect the present County Road at Hardin‘ 1 /14 y Station on the .North side of said Railroad.
