Hi Kim, Zeren is working on getting me the final report today but wanted to send this along to you. 4 I sent out letters via email to all of the company's land representatives on Thursday night of last week(PDC on Friday morning). The DRMS structure agreements and notifications went out on 4/7/22 and were sent to the Colorado offices of the companies that Zeren lists: PDC Energy —1775 Sherman St Suite 3000, Denver Co 80203 KP Kaufman —1675 Broadway, 28th floor, Denver, CO 80202 OXY(Kerr-Mcgee, Anadarko, Western Midstream) —1099 18th ST. Suite 1800. Denver, CO 80202 Chevron(Noble) — 2115 117th Ave. Greeley, CO 80631 The proof of mailing is attached along with the emails I sent last week and an example of the notice letters that were sent. Is this sufficient to keep us on track for the March 7th hearing? I will provide the final Zeren report when it becomes available. Hi Kolt, 4 Attached is the mine plan that we discussed on the phone. It looks like your wells and surface facilities are in the north east quarter section and are called out on the plans. The wells will be located south of cell 3 which is about 3 years out from slurry wall construction. Cell 4 is about 5 1/2 years out. The minimum mining setback depicted is a 150' radius from each of the wells but the final mine limit will depend on a surface use agreement between the miner and Noble. Let me know if you have any questions/concerns. Yes, the maps were submitted to the county prior to the SUA. I am working with Eric on incorporating the pad into the Cell layout and once it is finalized we will need to update the DRMS and USR maps accordingly. I have attached the current iteration(not final) showing a 30' offset from the edge of your pad to the mine highwall with a 3:1 mine/reclamation slope, which was determined to be adequate setback in a dewatered cell from the attached stability analysis report for the site. Let me know if you have any comments or questions. Since we are within the 30 -day notice limit required by statute, is PDC willing to waive the 30 -day requirement in lieu of a 26 -day notice so that the Planning Commission hearing on March 7th can move forward?
