RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO NORTHEAST COLORADO REGIONAL
EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL (RETAC)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Northeast Colorado Regional
Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC) will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Marilyn Sykes -Johnson to said board as a Regular Member, and Pamela Howes to said board as
an Alternate Member, both with terms to expire June 30, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Marilyn Sykes -Johnson and Pamela Howes, be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Services
Advisory Council (RETAC), both with terms to expire June 30, 2025.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of June, A.D., 2023.
