Thank you for providing the City of Greeley the opportunity to review the above-mentioned project.The subject site is
located outside of Greeley's Long Range Expected Growth Area (LREGA),the area in which the community anticipates
annexation and urban development to occur in the future. We do not have any comments to contribute currently.
