On December 1, 2022, Summit Midstream Partners, LP ("Summit") acquired Outrigger DJ
Midstream, LLC ("Outrigger DJ") and Sterling Energy Investments, LLC (`Sterling'). Both
Outrigger DJ and Sterling owned facilities in Weld County that required a Use by Special Review
Permit (USR"). These facilities are now owned and operated by Summit entities.
The facilities previously operated by Outrigger DJ will now be operated under the name
Summit DJ -O, LLC. Below is a list of USRs where the name of the operating entity has changed
to Summit DJ -O, LLC.
USR18-0052 Mekena Gas Plant USRl9-0062 — Bayou Compressor Station
USR18-0104 Koki Compressor Station
The facilities previously operated by Sterling will now be operated under the name Summit
DJ -S, LLC. Below is a list of USRs where the name of the operating entity has changed to Summit
DJ -S, LLC.
USR12-0036 -- Grover Compressor Site
USRl2-0026 -- Segment 10 Pipeline
USR13-0018 - Centennial Gas Plant
USR15-0069 -- Hill Compressor Site
