Gentlemen:
We are sure that you are aware of the deplorable road con-
ditions that exist in the Highland Hill, Highland Park
development. No one seems to know whose responsibility
these roads are. If they are not co.isidered to be the
responsibility of the county, surely you commissioners
are in a position to see that the developer assumes that
area. As long as our tax dollars are being collected for
maintenance of county roads it would appear that we should
surely receive some consideration in our immediate area.
As of this date we and our neighbors across the street have
had two loads of ggavel put on 51st Ave. to enable us to at
least get to 26th St. If we have any moisture to speak of
it is nearly impossible to get to a good road.
May we expect some information as to your decision on this
matter?
