and support. Six (6) bids were received ranging from $471,621.00 to $880,766.48.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology, out of
Greenwood Village, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $471,621.00 and meets
the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2300101 - Dell EMC
maintenance and support to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of $471,621.00.
