Best and Final Offer (BAFO) bid responses were received and opened on April 20,
2023, B2300100 - Cisco maintenance and support. Two (2) bids were received ranging
from $155,742.66 to 195,057.16. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro, Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $155,742.66 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2300100 - Cisco
maintenance and support to Zivaro, Inc, for a total amount of $155,742.66.
