"Stroh. 11inor -Subdivision, " as instructed by the Weld County Planning Office . The test was conducted es follot:-s . A nine (9) inch diameter hole was drilled to a depth of 36 inches . It was then filled. to the top with water on December 29, 1973. Twenty-four hours later (December 30) it was arain filled :•pith water to a depth of 20 inches from the top by actual measurement. Thirty minutes later, the water level was measured to be 24 1/4 inches from the top. In short , the ;cater level dropped 4 1/4 inches in 30 minutes. This test was conduced by Richard D.
