REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
TO PRESENT OWNERS:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners that it does
hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their right, title and interest
in and to an easement removing all gravel, sand, road making and building
material acquired by instrument dated August 21, 1952, on a tract of land
more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the SE4 of the SWj- of Section
34, Township B North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SE+
of the SWe of said Section 34, thence N 3°35' E 464.5 feet,
to a point on the South line of the County Road as now
constructed across said SE* of said Section 34, thence
N 78' -15' E 462 feet along the South line of said County
Road, thence S 7°-22' E 562.3 feet to a point on the South
line of the SE*' of the SW* of said Section 34, thence West
556 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5.9 acres,
more or less.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on roll call:

I QUIT CLAIM DEED
1 THIS DEED, Made this 28th day of October , 1970 between
c` WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for the
cfa respective interests of the COUNTY OF WELD and the STATE OF COLORADO,

WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in consideration

ances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party
of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit, and
behoof of the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
