REGULAR MEMBER WELD COUNTY
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 1973:
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment shall consist of five (5) regular
members and a vacancy does now exist due to the resignation of Denver Wiggins, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ted E. Funk be appointed to fill
said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Soard of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. Ted E. Funk be and he is hereby appointed to
fill the unexpired term of Mr. Wiggins, beginning as of this date and ending
December 31, 1973.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion, duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Dear Mr. Dorsey;
It is with deep regret that S must submit my _resignation
to the Board. My duties as District Manager of Colorado for Stewart
Title keep me so much on the move, that S just do not have enough
free time for this type of thing.
Because of my continued absence, I feel that I -have not
shown the Board justice. As of this date will you please remove
