Gentlemen:
With reference to the construction of the Weld County Recreation Building
at Island Grove Park, please be advised that we have completed the design
of all sewer, water and irrigation modifications necessary to clear the
area for the proposed building. The plans have been reviewed and approved
by the various officials of the City of Greeley.
Enclosed are two cost estimates for the necessary work including the current
sewer, water and drainage fees normally assessed by the City of Greeley
upon the issuance of a building permit. The first estimate reflects costs
that can be anticipated if the work is bid and awarded to a non-union con-
tractor. The second estimate reflects the cost if the work is added to
the Penner Construction Company's contract and performed by union labor.
You will note that both estimates include the following fees payable
directly to the City of Greeley:
1 . Sewer Tap $ 990.00
2. 1 1-2" Water Tap 895.00
3. 1 1-2" Water Meter 181 .00
4. Drainage Fee 3,000.00 +
Total $5,066.00
