Gentlemen:
Narelco Corporation, 801 Phillips Petroleum Building, Salt
Lake City, Utah, licensed to do business in the State of Colorado,
plans to conduct certain geophysical and related exploration in its
own behalf in Weld County, Colorado.
In connection therewith, request is hereby respectfully made for
permission to conduct the above described work within a period of 30
days from the date of this letter over and across the county road
system of Weld County, more particularly described as follows:
Township 3 North, Ranges 61, 62, 63, and 64 West
(See attached map)
Narelco Corporation personnel will check with the farm and ranch
owners along these county roads where the work is to be done. Any
damage to irrigation wells or water systems or other damage to farm
property shall be the liability of Natelco Corporation; the proof of
non-damage shall be Narelco's and not the farm owner.
In consideration for the granting of this permission, we agree that
all work performed by us on the county roads shall be conducted at our
own risk and expense and we agree to pay all damages caused by or arising
from our operations on the lands described.
This company will furthermore indemnify and hold you harmless from
all4iability or claims of others should any such claims result from our
operations on your property. Upon the completion of our geophysical work,
we agree to fill excavations and restore the ground to substantially the
same condition in which it was found.
Please indicate your agreement hereto by signing and returning to
us the attached duplicate of this letter.
