PEST CONTROL DISTRICT
EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 1977:
WHEREAS, the South East Weld Pest Control District,
was originally established by resolution dated March 13, 1968
for a period ending December 31, 1972.
WHEREAS, by ballot vote, as required by law, the land-
owners requested the continuance of said Pest Control District
for an additional five-year period;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County that the South East Weld Pest Control
District be and it is hereby extended for an additional five-year
period ending December 31, 1977.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote.
