RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is apparent to the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that there is an urgent need to purchase group
health insurance for all Weld County officials and employees , and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that such County group health
insurance be purchased under the most reasonable terms and conditions,
and
WHEREAS, the GREELEY ASSOCIATION OF LIFE UNDERWRITERS has
offered its services to the County to procure such group health insurance
coverage, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado believes it to be in the best interests of the County to accept
the offer of the Greeley Association of Life Underwriters to aid the County
in purchasing such insurance coverage.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that until further order of the
Board, the Greeley Association of Life Underwriters, be and it hereby is
appointed as exclusive agent to solicit and make recommendations to
Weld County pertaining to all group health insurance matters, and that
Paul W. Bechthold, C .L.U. and Member of the Association act as
servicing agent.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote, on the 27th day of October, 1971 .
