Dear John:
Reference is made to your letter of October 29, 1973
concerning the request of the Larimer-Weld Regional Planning
�. Commission for the City of Loveland to finance a portion
of the commission budget.
This matter was discussed with City Council members at
their November 19th study session. It was the basic under-
standing of the Council from past discussions that this
operation was to be financed by the two counties as part
of. the Council of Governments . Thus, they would need more
information on this matter before a committment on funds
could be considered.
This matter should probably be discussed at the
November 29th meeting of the COG.
