HomeMy WebLinkAbout700025.tiff _ AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN APPLICATION FOR LOCATION SEWAGE TREATMENT FACILITY: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner Billings, Chairman of the Board, be and he is hereby authorized to sign for and in behalf of Weld County, Colorado, an application for approval of location for a Sewage Treatment Facility as requested by Huebner Construction Company, installation of said facility was approved by resolution dated May 14, 1969, on a tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE) of Section 34, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 34, thence South 30 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 1200 feet; thence West 600 feet; thence North 1200 feet; thence East 600 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 16.527 acres, more or less.
