VACATION & REDEDICATION

WEST OF THE 6TH P. M. WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby sign the amended plat, vacation and rededication
of Hilltop Subdivision First Filing, as recommended by the Weld County Planning
Commission to correct a drainage easement, said subdivision more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the East Half (EZ) of the Northeast Quarter ']E4) of
Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 10; thence
S 0° 00' 00" East 600.00 feet; thence S 90° 00' 00" W 160.00
feet; thence S 0° 00' 00" E 690.00 feet; thence S 90° 00' 00"E
160.00 feet; thence S 0° 00' 00" E 200.00 feet; thence N 89° 25' 00"
W 711.00 feet; thence N 0° 00' 00" E 640.00 feet; thence N 21° 35' 40"
W 647.91 feet; thence N 0° 00' 00" E 250.00 feet; thence S 89° 25' 00"
E 949.45 feet to the True Point of Beginning
Said easement correction is from 20 feet to 6 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to the specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.

Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the Subdivision
Plat Hilltop Subdivision - amended plat -
located on the following described property Weld County, Colorado, to-wit:
Lot Forty (40) , First Addition to Hilltop Subdivision
located in the East-half ( EZ) of the Northeast-quarter
( NEa) of Section Ten ( 10) , Township Five ( 5) North ,

APPLICATION FOR VACATION OF EASEMENT
AND DEDICATION OF PATHWAY FOR
PEDESTRIANS, GOLF CARTS, AND WATER FLOW
Comes now Violet A. Darst, the owner of Lot Forty (40) ,
First Addition to Hilltop Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado,
and requests the vacation of a twenty-foot easement along the
southerly side of said Lot 40, and in lieu thereof states that
she will dedicate to Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to the
rules, regulations and requirements of Weld County, Colorado,
and its officials, a six-foot wide strip of land from the
southerly side of said Lot 40 for a pedestrian and golf cart
pathway and for the overflow of storm waters from the adjoining
lands. The said Violet A. Darst further states and affirms as
follows :
1. That the existing twenty-foot easement is excessive
for the purpose intended which originally was to pro-
vide a pathway for pedestrians, golf carts, and flood
waters.
2. That the proposed dedicated six-foot strip will be
paved in black top or similar paving material and
will be available for the use of all residents in the
area and others who have a reason for passing from
the street to the Greeley Country Club.
3 . That the proposed dedicated six-foot strip will pro-
vide ample run off of any flood waters that may
accumulate from a storm in the area.
WHEREFORE, Violet A. Darst requests that this matter be
reviewed by the Weld County Engineer and any other interested
department of the County of Weld, and that her requests set
forth above be granted.
