HomeMy WebLinkAbout720648.tiff i /7 • • - � DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS-OF-WAY SEELEY LAKE SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING (REPLAT OF OUTLOT "A") RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 25: W2NW : BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights- of-way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public in Seeley Lake Subdivision, Second Filing, being a subdivision located in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (WZNWi) of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: (Replat of Outlot "A" ) Beginning at the Northeast Corner (NE Cor) of Lot 1, of said Seeley Lake Subdivision First Filing, and considering the North line of said Lot 1 to bear North 87° 55' 37" West with all bearing herein being relative thereto: Thence North 87° 55' 37" West along the North line of said Lot 1 and Lot 11 of said Seeley Lake Subdivision First Filing, 454.64 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Seeley Lake Subdivision First Filing; Thence North 04° 55' 50" West, along the Westerly boundary line of said Seeley Lake Subdivision First Filing, 131.63 feet to the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of said Seeley Lake Subdivision First Filing; Thence South 89° 06' 00" East, along the North boundary line of said Seeley Lake Subdivision First Filing, 466.13 feet to a point, said point being North 89° 06' 00" West 20.00 feet from the Northeast Corner (NE Cor) of said Seeley Lake Subdivision First Filing; Thence South 00° 09' 50" West, along a line parallel to and 50.00 feet West of the centerline of County Road No. 35, a distance of 140.27 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract contains 1.432 acres m/l. and does hereby subdivide the same into lots as shown on the adjoining map and hereby set aside said portion or tract of land and designate the same Seeley Lake Subdivision, Second Filing, a subdivision of Weld County, Colorado. and does hereby dedicate and set apart all of the streets and other public areas shown on the accompanying plat to the use of the public forever and hereby dedicate those portions of said real property which are labeled as easements on the accompanying plat as easements for the installation and maintenance of public utilities, and do further certify that the width of said streets, the dimensions of the lots and the names and numbers thereof are correctly designated upon said map and the the scale thereof is correctly designated upon said map and is one inch (1" ) to fifty feet (50' ). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of said streets, roads and rights-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
